I’m rejoicing, and one main reason, besides Democratic control of the House, is that this country will have its first female Speaker of the House in Nancy Pelosi.
I vote on the liberal side of things but let’s hope the Democrats don’t screw it up with infighting, scandals and stupid remarks. Let’s try and give a potential presidential candidate from the Democrats a fighting chance in 2008.
