Hi diddly doodly neighbors! Congrats on the new office space. The views look amazing!
My studio is about one block from you – it’s the big black building where they do the outdoor cinema. You may be able to see the space from your new perch.
Next time I have a shoot I’ll come by and say hello.
So freaking cute! Love the new office and the locale. Super cute video, too.
You’re right down the street from another Biznik, Kory Kapitke, my fabulous acupuncturist and healer! If you ever plan on having open office hours, I may stop by during my weekly visits.
Oh, also, Frank and Dunya is just down the street, owned by Biznik Emiliya Lane!
I think it would be hard to choose better neighbors.
The building is very cool – it’s mostly filled with indie business people in one- or two-person offices. We’ll have an open door policy, so members can drop in any time and say hi, deliver bug reports, rave about how much their business has grown since they joined Biznik, complain that groups hasn’t been launched yet, bring us donuts, etc. etc. Can’t wait!
Tshombe – In MOSCOW, of course! Just kidding. The Lenin statue is a centerpiece of Fremont, the Seattle neighborhood where Lara and I live. He was hauled here after the Cold War by a local enterprising artist who thought he could sell him to a collector. He didn’t find a buyer, but he found a home in the “Artists Republic of Fremont.” Which is also affectionately known by locals as “The Center of the Universe” (and, if you watch the video, you can catch a fleeting glimpse of the very center of the universe, which we have quite a fine view of from the West windows of the office).
Howard – actually I’m not a big donut fan, however, I would probably find it impossible to turn down anything chocolate.
Congrats on the new digs! Center of the Universe indeed. That building houses many biz nikkers in Seattle, and one of my offices is only one block away. I look forward to a future video with ‘Green’ office walls.
I wouldn’t expect Biznik headquarters to be anywhere other than the center of the universe! It’s a very auspicious place to be, given the nature of Biznik.
Congratulations and Good Luck!

Wow. Congratulations! I can’t wait to come visit.
BTW, where IS the Center of the Universe (AKA “The Biznik Address”) for those of us who know not the location of Lenin himself.
