Best Biznik Event Ever?

By Dan McComb

Watch this video. Then take this challenge: Host an event, make a 4-min or less video of your event, then share it on the service of your choice, tagging it “biznik.” I’ll share it here and on the main pages of the Biznik site, and we can all decide whether Giannina was correct in her assessment of this one. (Shooting and editing your own video is easy - here’s how.)

Seriously underscores the need for “get togethers” — the workshops are killer, but sometimes we just need to let our hair down. AND DAN — I DO so need the ENTIRE tape of me and the ladies dancing to “What I like about you”…
I agree with Giannina — of course, we’re Eastside Coolers, so what WE think is groovy may not be… but I think it was. Best Biznik event evah!
    Thanks!

Since I’m the only one posting (that’s what happens when you’re a writer!), here’s not one but TWO videos of the Social Media workshop with Dan McComb and Steve MacDonald at The Villages Bellevue Feb. 11, 2009. Dan talks about how to improve your profile. Silly me — I erased the one with Steve and the audience (oops)

Obviously I must be the only one shooting video these days! Here’s Shannon Evans (and I “monitoring” Rags!) at the white paper workshop at the Mosaic Coffeehouse. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XH-DZf8hOJI — is this the proper way to “submit” these to you?

Thanks Dave, yes, that’s perfect. Keep ‘em coming, folks.

Wow…I think we pushed the limits for the max capacity of the building! All kinds of interesting people were there. I did think it was a rather funky crowd and the throbbing music was reminiscent of my days at Ole Miss. Yeah, this was the epitome of Business Networking that Does Not Suck!
Thanks for the excuse to let our hair down are just have some fun.
