The Biznik blog is a conversation about creating a radically different kind of business networking group. About Biznik
Biznik is a network of independent urban professionals in the Seattle area who meet regularly to share business knowledge and experience, pass referrals, and form partnerships and alliances to better serve the needs of our clients and to grow our businesses.
Biznik hosts a monthly Happy Hour business networking event, as well as two more structured meetings (an educational event, and a lunch meeting) at which you will be able to introduce yourself and promote your services. We ask potential members to commit to participate in at least one meeting a month.
How is Biznik different from other Seattle business networking groups? Our membership is younger and more diverse than most business networking groups. We like our self-promotion with a side of self-expression. We’re urban, open minded and socially conscious. And we’re FREE. If you’re serious about your business and can commit to participating at least once a month, this just might be the group for you!

Congratulations on your recent awards and profile on NPR. My husband and I are expats living in Sydney, Australia and heard about biznik.com from the interview with NPR. My husband is the entrepreneur in our family and we are always looking for new ways to connect to innovative, bright, hard-working people, especially from our hometown of Washington, DC!
